PC bottle processing depends on the resin grade, moisture, machine, mold and bottle design. Use the supplier’s material guidance and the operating procedure for the actual equipment; commissioning settings are not universal recipes.

1. Confirm the resin

   Check the material grade and its requirements for drying, handling and the finished application.

2. Prepare and dry the material

   Set up the dryer and material handling according to the resin documentation. Confirm the required moisture condition before production.

3. Prepare the heating system

   Follow the machine’s heating and soak procedure. Verify the actual temperatures before processing.

4. Check cooling and utilities

   Confirm cooling water, electrical supply, compressed air and hydraulic conditions against the machine specification.

5. Verify the mold

   Check the mold installation, neck tooling, cooling connections and product-removal arrangement.

6. Establish the parison

   Set the die-head and parison-control program during a controlled trial with qualified personnel.

7. Review bottle formation

   Assess wall distribution, neck formation, flash and cooling on the actual bottle.

8. Inspect contamination

   Investigate material cleanliness and thermal conditions if black particles occur. Inspection and cleaning must follow the equipment’s maintenance procedure.

9. Refine wall distribution

   Use the parison-control profile and measured bottle sections to adjust distribution during commissioning.

10. Validate the finished bottle

    Record weight, dimensions, neck fit, appearance and the agreed leak or performance checks before accepting production.
