Choosing a series
Start from the product you will make. Volume ranges are the stated maximum volumes of the models on this site.
| Series | Typical products | Extrusion | Stations | Drive | Volume range | Models |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| HS Series | Bottles, jerry cans and stackable containers | Continuous extrusion | Single / Double | Hydraulic servo, toggle clamping; fully electric HSE models | 2–30 L | 17 |
| HTS Series | Bottles, milk bottles and jerry cans | Continuous extrusion | Double / Single | Hydraulic | 1–30 L | 11 |
| HT Series | Small bottles, jerry cans and stackable containers | Continuous extrusion | Double / Single | Hydraulic; servo optional | 0.6–50 L | 13 |
| TDB Series | Drums, IBC tanks, large panels and water tanks | Accumulator head, bottom blowing | Single | Hydraulic with servo motor | 10–3000 L | 15 |
| Special-purpose machines | 5 gallon PC water bottles, large panels, 5 L daily-chemical bottles | Dedicated configurations | Double / Single | Per model | 5–350 L | 5 |
A double-station machine alternates two molds under one extrusion head, so it suits higher output. A single-station machine suits lower volumes, larger molds and simpler projects. Decide from the accepted parts per hour you need.
Continuous extrusion suits bottles, jerry cans and containers up to about 30 L at short cycles. An accumulator head stores melt and pushes out a heavy parison quickly, which suits drums and large parts.

The HT range provides the basic extrusion blow molding platform in the Tongda range. Models cover small bottles, jerry cans and larger stackable containers. Define your trimming and downstream handling requirements as part of the configuration.
The stated maximum volume helps narrow the range. Check product weight, mold dimensions, station arrangement, head configuration and required output before making a selection.
